Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new organization starts with 30 days of full access to everything, no credit card required. When the trial ends you keep the free Starter plan unless you upgrade.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, downgrades apply at the end of the billing period, and you can cancel from the Billing page whenever you like.
Does Impact Flow take a cut of our donations?
No. Donations and registration fees go directly to your organization's own Stripe account — we charge no platform fee. Stripe's standard processing fees still apply.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars, billed monthly through Stripe with any major credit card.
What happens to our data if we downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Every record stays visible; you just can't add new ones beyond your plan's limits until you upgrade again.
What happens if we cancel completely?
Your account enters a 30-day read-only window so you can export everything, and after that your data is permanently deleted.
